How to reach the agency, and what happens next

You can reach We Insure Downtown Miami through the form, by phone, or by email. Messages go to Romina Saaied, who runs the agency and answers personally in English, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese. You don't need policy numbers or documents to start: your name and what you want to insure is enough.

Send a message

Tell us what you want covered and how to reach you. Everything else can wait for the conversation. If you would rather talk to the person who will be answering before writing, that page is one click away.

01About you
02What you want to insure

Not sure which one you need? Pick the closest, or leave it and tell us below — we will work it out on the call.

04Anything else
A deadline, a renewal date, a question you already have.

Do not send documents here. If you have your current policy at hand, keep it nearby: we will ask for it when we talk, over a channel meant for it.

What happens after you send it

Worth spelling out, because most contact forms don't, and leaving your details on one is uncomfortable when you don't know where they land.

Who reads it

Romina Saaied does. The agency is one person, so your message isn't going into a queue or getting handed off. Whoever answers is the same person who will place the policy and the one you'd call later with a question. Reporting a claim is the exception: that goes to your carrier, or outside business hours to the We Insure service line below.

What she'll ask

For a property: the address, whether you live there or rent it out, and what the association documents say if it's a condo. For a vehicle: what it is and who drives it. For a business: what the business does. Nothing to fill in ahead of time — it's a short conversation.

How long it takes

Generally between 30 minutes and an hour during business hours. That's a typical turnaround rather than a guaranteed service level, and a message sent on Saturday gets answered Monday. If it's urgent, calling is faster than writing, and always will be.

What not to send through this form

A public web form isn't the place for everything an insurance conversation eventually needs. None of the following is required to start, and none of it should go in here.

Date of birth, driver's license number, passport number

These get asked later, when a policy is issued, through a secure channel. If a website asks for them before you've spoken to anyone, that's worth being wary of — here or anywhere else.

Policy numbers, VIN, account details

None of it is needed to answer a question or review what you have. Bring the documents to the conversation: reading them together is faster and safer than transcribing numbers into a text box.

Anything you wouldn't put in an ordinary email

The form sends a message to the agency's inbox. It isn't an encrypted portal and doesn't present itself as one. Treat it like email, because that's what it is.

Frequently asked questions

Can I call instead of using the form?
Yes, and for anything urgent you should. The number is above, and you'll reach the same person who would have read the form. The form exists because it's easier to send at midnight from another time zone, which is when a good part of Brickell is awake. If you already know what needs covering, the quote form asks a few more questions and lands in the same place.
What if I already have a claim open?
Claims are reported to the carrier that issued the policy, and that number is on your policy documents. Romina can help with the process, follow it, and translate it, but the claim itself is filed with the carrier. If you don't have that number to hand, or it's outside business hours, We Insure Group runs a national service line, staffed by the group rather than by this office.
Do I need my current policy on hand?
Not to write the first message. It helps for the conversation itself, because reading what you already have is usually the fastest way to see what's missing. The declarations page — the summary at the front — is the useful part, not the whole document.
What if I write outside business hours?
The message keeps. Nothing gets lost and there's no need to send it again. A message sent in the evening gets read the next business day rather than immediately. If you're reporting a claim and it can't wait, the We Insure service line runs outside those hours.
